DESCRIPTION:
Chocolate Parfait Day falls on the first of May each year.
A parfait is made with either pudding or custard. Custards have eggs, and puddings do not. Custards thickened through egg protein. Puddings thickened through starch (tapioca, cornstarch, etc.)
Chocolate Parfait Day is an unofficial holiday with no sponsor.
